Jean Hindmarsh ist eine charmante Mabel, die sehr effektiv die Koloraturen behandelt, und Thomas Round ist hervorragend in allem, was er tut. Ann Drummond-Grant wächst als Ruth mittleren Alters über sich hinaus.. Das Orchester spielt erstklassig.
