Mit »Girl On The Edge Of The World« veröffentlichen Keeley 2026 ihr drittes Studioalbum – und zugleich ihr bislang ambitioniertestes Werk. Das anglo-irische Dreamrock-Trio um die in Dublin geborene Sängerin, Gitarristin und Komponistin Keeley Moss entfaltet hier eine klangliche Weite, die den Begriff »sonic odyssey« mehr als verdient.
Gemeinsam mit Produzent Alan Maguire, Bassist Lukey Foxtrot und Ex-Morrissey-Drummer Andrew Paresi erschafft Moss einen schillernden Kosmos aus Indie-Rock, Shoegaze, Dreampop, Post-Punk und Ambient Electronica, durchzogen von pastoraler Psychedelia. Die Songs wirken detailreich und atmosphärisch dicht, ohne ihre melodische Zugänglichkeit zu verlieren. Es ist Musik, die schwebt und zugleich vorwärtstreibt. Mit Miki Berenyi (Lush) auf »Big Brown Eyes« und Sice (The Boo Radleys) auf »Trains and Daydreams« holt sich Keeley prominente Stimmen des britischen Alternative-Kanons ins Boot.
