Am St. Patrick's Day 1972 veröffentlichten die Horslips ihre Debütsingle »Johnny's Wedding« und erfanden damit den Celtic Rock in einem Zug. 50 Jahre später veröffentlichen Madfish »More Than You Can Chew« - eine beeindruckende 35 Disc-Box mit Musik, Filmen und Druckerzeugnissen, die ihre gesamte Karriere zusammenfasst.
Das Set wurde vom Bert Jansch / John McLaughlin-Biografen (und langjährigen Horslips-Fan) Colin Harper in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Bandmitgliedern zusammengestellt. Der Ton, einschließlich des größten Teils der Filmaufnahmen, wurde restauriert und von dem mit dem IFTA-Preis ausgezeichneten Toningenieur Cormac O'Kane (neu) gemastert. Der Horslips-Biograf Mark Cunningham hat die Bücher geschrieben, mit frischem Input von der Band, und er hat in seinem Hauptberuf als Designer das Bühnenbild liebevoll gestaltet, unter der Aufsicht von Charles O'Connor, dem de facto Art Director der Horslips.
