Die Erstveröffentlichung von »Friday the 13TH Part VII: The New Blood« Original Motion Picture Soundtrack von Harry Manfredini und Fred Mollin!

Zum allerersten Mal in irgendeinem Format erhältlich waxwork arbeitete eng mit Paramount Pictures zusammen, um die Original-Masterbänder von 1988 im Tresor von Paramount ausfindig zu machen. Diese waren viele Jahre lang archiviert und galten als verschollen. Mehrere Masterbänder mit der kompletten Filmmusik des Komponisten Fred Mollin wurden gefunden, übertragen und remastered für diese luxuriöse Doppel-Vinyl-Veröffentlichung. Ebenfalls enthalten auf dem Doppelalbum sind auch die kompletten Original-Soundtrack-Stücke, die im Film vorkommen und vom Freitag-der-13.-Veteranen Harry Manfredini.

»Friday the 13TH Part VII: The New Blood« ist ein amerikanischer Slasher-Horrorfilm aus dem Jahr 1988, in dem es um ein psychokinetisches Teenagermädchen geht, das Jason Voorhees versehentlich aus seinem Grab in Crystal Lake befreit. Der Film zeigt zum ersten Mal Schauspieler und Stuntman Kane Hodder als Jason Voorhees. Hodder verkörperte Jason in zahlreichen Freitag-der-13.-Filmen.
