Aus der Band sollten später DEVO und Chrissie Hynde
hervorgehen. Ihre Shows waren die Inspiration für den Blues
Brothers Film!
Dave Thomas von Pere Ubu meinte dazu: "Jimmy Bell's Still In Town" is the only good record ever recorded by anyone".
Product Information
Hailing from Kent, Ohio, 15-60-75 (The Numbers Band) is
considered one of the forefathers of the Akron /
Cleveland music scene of the 1970s, and their musical
pedigree is pretty impressive - including members who
would later go on to found Devo and sibling of the
legendary Chrissie Hynde. The band is also considered
an early influence on Pere Ubu. 15-60-75 continues to play
in and around Kent, Ohio, and Robert Kidney was recently
awarded a Cleveland Arts Prize lifetime achievement award
for his decades-long contributions to art and music in Ohio.
