Ein Großteil des Materials dieser Edition, sämtliche Aufnahme für Mercury, wurde für dieses Projekt von Thomas Fine neu remastered – und erscheint teils erstmalig auf CD. Die Box enthält außerdem die ersten Aufnahmen von Los Romeros – „Flamenco Fenómeno“ und „Spanish Guitar Music“ -, die ursprünglich auf Contemporary Records veröffentlicht wurden. Das umfangreiche Booklet enthält Original-Linernotes von Igor Kipnis, einen Text von Los Romeros Experte Walter Aaron Clark (Autor von „Los Romeros: Royal Family of the Spanish Guitar“) sowie eine „Sessionographie“, die den Hintergrund zu jeder einzelnen Mercury-Aufnahme erklärt, Texte der Gesangsstücke und außerdem die Miniaturillustrationen, die die Rückseiten der Original-LP-Hüllen schmückten.
