Biografie
Morris Gleitzman wurde 1953 in Sleaford/Lincolnshire geboren. 1969 wanderte die Familie nach Australien aus. Er studierte Professional Writing am Canberra College of Advanced Education. Er avancierte zu einem erfolgreichen Film- und TV-Drehbuchautor und gehört mittlerweile zu den bekanntesten Kinderbuchautoren Australiens, dessen Bücher auch für die Bühne adaptiert wurden. Er hat etliche Bücher verfasst und erhielt zahlreiche nationale und internationale Auszeichnungen.
