Keshe Chow: Monstrous Beasts, Gebunden

Klappentext

Separated by a heroic act of sacrifice, a magical veterinarian must save both her heart and the world in the conclusion to the Seamere College duology.

Gwendolynne Chan never thought she'd end up here. As the top graduate of her Magical Veterinary Sciences degree, she should have landed a cushy role that would've set her up for life. Instead, she's a low-level drudge in the animal breeding facility at Magecorp, the world's largest global distributor of magic. Why? Because the man she loves got stuck in the Void, having nobly sacrificed himself to save her.

Now he needs rescuing, and Magecorp is Gwen's key to doing so. Even if it means putting up with her crappy job and ... commit some corporate espionage.

Harrisford Briggs did it for love. But his time in the Void may have done him irreparable damage. Not only to his body, but to his relationship with Gwen. And worse, he's running out of time in his quest to heal both.

When damage from the deadly Void magic breaks containment, infecting both pets and humans, Gwen and Harrisford must work together to find a cure - and take down Magecorp for good, or risk the infection spreading everywhere . . .
