Biografie
Ghillie Basan hat bereits in unterschiedlichen Ländern als Kochbuchautorin, Restaurantkritikerin und Journalistin gearbeitet. Ihre Ausbildung absolvierte sie an der Cordon-Bleu-Kochschule. Sie schrieb einige vielbeachtete Kochbücher, ihre Artikel erschienen in namhaften englischen Magazinen und Zeitungen.
