Biografie
David Klass stammt aus einer Schriftstellerfamilie. Er wuchs in New Jersey auf, studierte später Geschichte und Literatur in Yale, dann wechselte er an eine Filmhochschule in Kalifornien. Heute lebt David Klass als Schriftsteller und Drehbuchautor in New York. Mit seinen Jugendromanen hat er großen Erfolg, er wurde vielfach ausgezeichnet. Mit Wenn er kommt, dann laufen wir ist er für den Deutschen Jugendliteraturpreis 2007 nominiert.
