Biografie (David Elliott)

David Elliott arbeitete u. a. als Englischlehrer in Libyen, Gurkenputzer in Griechenland und Eisstiel-Macher in Israel und wollte eine Karriere als Opernsänger einschlagen, als er sein Talent für das Schreiben entdeckte. Heute ist er Autor vieler, preisgekrönter Kinderbücher. Zusammen mit seiner Frau, seinem Sohn, Katze und Hund lebt er im ländlichen New Hampshire in den USA.

Biografie (Emily Hughes)

Emily Hughes wurde auf Hawaii geboren und lebt und arbeitet in England. Ihre Arbeiten wurden vielfach ausgestellt und 2012 belegte sie den zweiten Platz beim renommierten MacMillan Preis für Kinderbuchillustration. Inspirieren lässt sie sich durch das Chinesische Kino und viele alte Bücher, die sie aus den Bücherregalen ihrer Eltern hat.

Charles Santoso has worked as an illustrator on animated films and television commercials. His drawings and paintings have been exhibited in Australia, North America, France, and Bulgaria. Charles lives and works in Sydney, Australia, and he loves Koala.
