Zur Feier des zwanzigjährigen Jubiläums ihres Debütalbums »Employment« (das üblicherweise mit einem Geschenk aus Porzellan (englisch: »China«) begangen wird) stellen die Kaiser Chiefs zwei neue, erweiterte »China Anniversary«-Formate zur Verfügung.
Das 2LP-Set enthält 15 zusätzliche Tracks, darunter eine Auswahl von B-Seiten und CD-Single-Bonustracks sowie zwei bisher unveröffentlichte Songs, die exklusiv für dieses Format erhältlich sind. Auf dem 3CD-Set hat die Band neben dem Originalalbum 40 Tracks hinzugefügt, darunter bisher unveröffentlichte Demos, Remixe, Radio-Sessions und eine Auswahl an Live-Tracks, die ihren rasanten Aufstieg von kleinen Club-Terminen in Leeds bis hin zum Festival-Headliner dokumentieren. Das Originalalbum wurde in den Abbey Road Studios neu gemastert, und das Bonusmaterial wurde von der Band aus ihrem eigenen Archiv zusammengestellt.
