Dieses Album mit Cover- Versionen von Songs, die Jim Kerr und Charlie Burchill mochten, wurde daraufhin im Oktober 2001 veröffentlicht.
Die Band brachte auf Neon Lights Songs von Van Morrison, David Bowie, Pete Shelley, Patti Smith, Kraftwerk, The Doors und Echo & The Bunnymen, Neil Young, Roxy Music sowie Velvet Underground. Ebenfalls enthalten sind zwei Bonus-Track: Cover-Versionen von Human League und Joy Division.
