Das Platin-Album, das zwischen funkigen R&B-Workouts und schwelgerischen Slow-Jams wechselt, enthält die Top-10-R&B-Hits „Grapevyne“ und „If You Love Me“, von denen letzterer bei den Grammy Awards 1996 für die beste R&B-Performance nominiert war.
