Russ Conway and his Party Pops compilations of the songs of yesteryear successfully filled the gap and warmed the cockles for the older generation in the mid '50s who weren't sold on the new evils of Rock & Roll! Arguably he was the best known and most loved pianist of the era that the British Isles had to offer!
This collection contains the A and B sides of all his hits from Party Pops including 'China Tea', 'Snow Coach' and his two number one singles 'Side Saddle' and 'Roulette'.
Quite simply what you have here is 70 wonderful tunes and family favourites that everybody will know all dusted with the magical Russ Conway touch! If you haven't joined in and sung along by the time this CD ends we'd be amazed!
