Der in Graz geborene Organist, Raphael Wressnig ist ein Tausendsasser vor dem Herrn. Er arbeitet mit und am schwerem Gerät (einer Hammond B3!), ist im Jazz, Funk & Blues Bereich zu Hause und spielt mittlerweile von Nord nach Süd quer durch Europa! Inspiriert wurde er von Hammond Freaks wie Jack McDuff, Jimmy McGriff, Richard “Groove” Holmes und Billy Preston, die seinen Sound wesentlich beeinflussten.
Organist RAPHAEL WRESSNIG was born in Graz (Austria) and could rightly be labelled as a Jack-of-all-trades in terms of music genres. While displaying a great command of the heavy Hammond B-3 organ, he is a master of Jazz, Funk and Blues, making himself a huge reputation throughout Europe on his tours. His sound reflects the influence of Hammond freaks such as JACK McDUFF, RICHARD “GROOVE” HOLMES and BILLY PRESTON.
