Vicky Fang: One Mad Cat and the Garden Clues, Gebunden

Klappentext

Cat is on a field trip, and she's not mad (yet). But hold on . . . With a fresh, graphic illustrative style, rising star Vicky Fang brings a second adventure for young animal fans who relish a gentle mystery---and a touch of dry humor.

Friendship outweighs Cat's (many) peeves on a visit to the nature center in this funny story that deftly weaves in social and emotional learning. When Bunny becomes upset that his photo of the bunny ear cactus on display is blurry, Cat cedes her coveted place in the snack line to find the cactus again by solving a puzzle. Does Cat get mad when the daisies and roses make her sneeze and they get caught in the rain? (Well, she's a cat, after all.) But is she proud, albeit wet, when she succeeds in tracking down what her friend is looking for? Beginning and newly independent readers will be charmed and entertained by Cat's further adventures.
