Veronica L Krug: Snowed In! At Sedation Falls, Kartoniert / Broschiert

Klappentext

A week before Christmas and Camp Sedation Falls is the last thing on Walter Evans mind until he gets a call from Tyrone, the camp manager: a bulldozer is parked in front of the dining hall, ready to tear it down. Walter knows exactly who is behind it-Beverly Badmorn, the owner of Vitality Shores Senior Center next door. She has been trying to take over the camp for years, but Walter is not about to let that happen without a fight. Walter heads to Sedation Falls with Kraken in tow, the dachshund he was forced-volunteered-to care for while Mildred lives at Vitality Shores, where dogs are not allowed. Kraken is only the first complication waiting for him. Soon Dingo and his wife, Miss Pat, arrive at Sedation Falls with nowhere to go and offer to help remodel the camp in exchange for a cabin. Then Bethany, a former camper moving into Vitality Shores, shows up with her nose in everything. And to top it all off, a snowstorm is threatening, and Walter wrecks his car just when he needs it most. With Christmas coming fast, and chaos piling up around him, Walter has to save Sedation Falls before Beverly gets exactly what she wants. Can it get worse? Oh yeah, he hasn't done his Christmas shopping.

This fourth chapter of Camp Sedation Falls is a fun story for all ages. What would you do if you were snowed in at a remote place over the holidays?
