Klappentext

Biblical Citizenship: Reclaiming the Christian's Duty to God, Country, Constitution, and Community is a bold call for believers to return to the public square with biblical conviction, constitutional understanding, spiritual discernment, and practical courage.

For too long, many Christians have treated civic responsibility as separate from discipleship. They pray for the nation but remain uninformed about government. They complain about cultural decline but avoid the school board, the courthouse, the precinct, and the voting booth. Biblical Citizenship challenges that separation and reminds believers that faith must influence every area of life, including government, law, education, economics, public policy, and community leadership.

Troy Jackson, PhD, presents a clear biblical framework for understanding civil authority, justice, liberty, national sovereignty, human dignity, family, education, voting, religious freedom, and constitutional government. Drawing from Scripture, American history, the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and practical grassroots experience, this book equips readers to engage society without compromising truth or placing their faith in politics.

Readers will discover:

God's biblical purpose for civil government The difference between patriotism and national idolatry How Christians can honor authority without practicing blind obedience Why Creator-endowed rights must be protected from government overreach How the Constitution reflects a realistic understanding of human nature The importance of pastors, churches, families, and precinct leaders in public life Biblical principles concerning life, family, education, economics, borders, and justice How to evaluate candidates, policies, and political movements through Scripture Practical strategies for prayer, voter engagement, precinct organization, and leadership development Lessons from Joseph, Daniel, Esther, Nehemiah, and Gideon for serving faithfully in times of national crisis

Biblical Citizenship is more than a civics textbook. It is a discipleship manual, constitutional primer, leadership guide, ministry resource, and civic activation handbook.

The book also includes discussion questions, prayers, leadership assignments, candidate evaluation tools, a church civic ministry starter plan, a precinct leadership kit, a thirty-day Biblical Citizenship Challenge, and a complete twelve-month Biblical Civic Action Plan.

Government is not God, politics is not salvation, and no political party can replace the Kingdom of God. Yet believers are still commanded to be salt and light, pursue justice, defend truth, protect the innocent, pray for those in authority, and serve their communities faithfully.

The hour is too serious for passive Christianity.

It is time to return to the altar, stand at the gates, rebuild what has been broken, and prepare the next generation to steward faith and liberty.
