Biografie
Steve Tesich wurde 1942 in Jugoslawien geboren und kam im Alter von vierzehn Jahren nach Indiana/USA. Er schriebe zahlreiche Stücke und Drehbücher, u. a. für die Filme "Garp und wie der die Welt" sah und "Breaking Away", für das er einen Oscar erhielt. Nach "Ein letzter Sommer" eroberte auch der Roman "Abspann" die Bestsellerlisten. Steve Tesich starb 1996 im Alter von 53 Jahren.
