Biografie

Steve Crawshaw, Jahrgang 1955, hat viele Jahre als Journalist und Deutschland-Korrespondent für den Independent und die BBC in Deutschland gelebt. 2002 produzierte er die viel beachtete BBC-Dokumentation »Germany Inside Out«. Er ist heute Direktor des Londoner Büros von Human Rights Watch. Der Organisation wurde der Theodor Heuss-Preis 2005 für die Unparteilichkeit und Glaubwürdigkeit ihrer weltweiten Berichterstattung verliehen.
