Originally designed by Gardan in 1960 and first flown on the 21 July 1960.The Horizon is a four-seat low-wing cantilever monoplane with a semi-retractable tricycle landing gear. Powered by either a 150hp, 160hp or 180hp variants of the Lycoming O-360 flat-four engine. The company built 267 Horizons before production stopped in 1969. An improved variant was developed originally as the Super Horizon 2000 and later went into production as the ST 10 Diplomate.
