Sara Louise Kelany: A Mermaid in the Thames, Kartoniert / Broschiert

Klappentext

Loulou loves working with her Junior Mermaid friends rescuing ocean creatures in danger. As a team, they are training hard to someday embark on solo Mermaid Missions -except Loulou isn't sure she's ready. While her classmates seem to have it all together, Loulou is constantly landing in hot water for getting distracted and needing help from her friends when she finds herself in a jam.

But when she's magically scooped up and carried off-ready or not-to rescue a seahorse nursery in the River Thames, Loulou is determined to succeed all on her own. She means business, but she's got frogs throwing up on her hair, people throwing glass bottles at her head and crazy old ladies nearly stabbing her to death with their punting poles! How on earth is she going to rescue an entire seahorse nursery in just three days?

Luckily, two human girls spot a mermaid floating unconscious down the Thames and decide to help. Join Loulou, Dina and Suzy in the first book of the action-packed Mermaids on a Mission series!

For readers who love everything about mermaids and embarking on secret adventures that grownups would never believe.

The fun doesn't stop there! The next in the series, A Mermaid in the Alps, is coming soon.
