Roman Odermatt: The Treasure Map of San Salvador - The Voyage West, Kartoniert / Broschiert

Klappentext

Iona, AD 986. The Galician monk Diego is captured during a Norse raid and carried away across the sea. In the months that follow, he learns their language, their ships, and the rules by which they live. When the Norsemen later raid an Irish settlement, the monk Brendan also falls into their hands. Together with the Norseman Gunnar, the two find themselves caught in a world of captivity, escape, conflict, and growing trust. When their ship turns west, a voyage begins across a sea beyond whose horizon few people have ever imagined there might be land. Old stories, newly told: the beginning of a four-volume saga.
