Author Rochelle Strauss's sequel to her bestselling book One Well focuses on five core issues affecting Earth's water: climate change, lack of access, pollution, ecosystem loss and increasing demand. Within each part, readers will find a "Reasons for Hope" section that celebrates people all around the world who are working to protect the world's water. These include stories of kid activists, proving that you're never too young to make a difference. Illustrations by Madeline Kloepper bring the issues and true tales to life. The back of the book contains suggestions for ways children can get involved, selected sources, a glossary and an index.
