And its legacy lives on today.

Doctorow, Victor Navasky and Leonard Lewin to the far-right impresario Willis Carto, Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh, conspiracy theorist Milton William Cooper, and ranting broadcaster Alex Jones.
