Kim Frank wird 1982 in Flensburg geboren. Von 1994 - 2002 ist er Sänger und Frontmann der Band "Echt". Seit der Trennung der Band arbeitet er als Schauspieler und Sprecher und veröffentlichte 2007 ein Soloalbum. Kim Frank lebt in Hamburg, fotografiert und dreht Musikvideos. Er ist 27 Jahre alt, als er seinen Debütroman schreibt.
