A few new residents and business people are very nice and friendly, but somehow they don't really fit in here. Most of the residents are curiously attracted to what the "newcomers" have to offer, while others give them a wide berth. So it happens that this year's festival is one of the biggest attractions far and wide since people here can remember. After this festival, everything seems to be back to normal, as always.
