Kampf ums Bewusstsein, Kartoniert / Broschiert

'Struggle Over Consciousness': Contemporary political strife and contemporary wars show a clear tendency: Human consciousness is becoming the immediate focus of conflict and, moreover, the theatre of operations itself. Poietic intelligence, the great driving force in Europe's history, is being supplanted by the merely technological interpretation of consciousness as a 'control centre'. Thus reified, consciousness becomes an easy target. The essays in this volume offer directions to thoroughly comprehend and confront these challenges.
