Joseph A. McCullough: Frostgrave: The Chthonic Sea, Kartoniert / Broschiert

Klappentext

Descend into an underworld of darkness, danger, and corruption with this new supplement for Frostgrave.

Far beneath the Frozen City, miles below even the deepest of the Breeding Pits, lies a fathomless underground sea within a vast cavern. Scattered throughout this tenebrous realm one may discover abandoned mines, ruined towers built on rocky islands, and laboratories carved into great stalactites - sure signs that wizards once roamed the inky waters. And yet practically nothing is known of this sunless sea, its existence suggested only in vague notes and cryptic descriptions - as if great pains had been taken to hide it from the world...

What creatures dwell in the darkness beneath Frostgrave? What magic and mysteries drew the ancient wizards of Felstad down into this domain? What did they discover that had to be kept secret from the city above? And what will you do when you unearth a long-sealed passageway that leads deeper and deeper...?

The Chthonic Seapresents a vast realm of strange locations and deadly perils for players to explore. Rare magic, ancient treasures, new bases, and forgotten secrets may be theirs for the taking - but at what price?
