'The Right to Information under Data Protection Law in the Employment Relationship': The right to access information under data protection law, as set forth in Article 15 of the GDPR, is increasingly being asserted by employees and corporate officers in connection with disputes over termination of employment. Employers and companies face the challenge that the right to information is broadly defined in terms of its scope and therefore difficult to fulfill. This study examines the content and limits of the right to access information, the enforceability of the right, and the consequences of its violation.
