**Every kid wants a pet (even if it IS a plant) but what if your pet is . . . up to something?A laugh out loud story about the perils of pet and plant ownership.
Plants make wonderful pets, she said.
They're beautiful and easy to take care of , she said.
They help clean the air , she said.
I had my doubts, but I was willing to give it a go.
I named her Cheryl.
When a little girl receives a pet plant as a gift, she tries to love it. But plants aren't supposed to watch your every move. Or have teeth. And they definitely shouldn't drool when the grill fires up.
A little girl is convinced her pet plant is up to no good, but no one believes her . . .
