Biografie (Jean-Yves Ferri)
Jean-Yves Ferri lebt seit seinem vierten Lebensjahr in Südwestfrankreich, im Départment Ariège. Er lernte mit Comics das Lesen und zeichnete bereits im zarten Alter von 11 Jahren seinen ersten Comic-Strip. Erste Erfolge konnte er Mitte der 90er Jahre als Kinderbuchillustrator verbuchen. 1995 begann seine Zusammenarbeit mit dem in Frankreich sehr bekannten Zeichner Manu Larcenet, als dessen Co-Autor und Szenarist er bis heute wirkt. Albert Uderzos Entscheidung, Ferri als Szenaristen künftiger Asterix-Abenteuer aufzubauen, lag nicht zuletzt an dessen in Frankreich sehr populären Solo-Werk „De Gaulle à la plage“, das einen humoristischen Blick auf (fiktive) Abenteuer des großen Generals wirft.Biografie (Didier Conrad)
Didier Conrad wurde 1959 in Marseille geboren. Seine ersten Cartoons veröffentlichte er 1973 im Magazin „Spirou“. Seitdem hat sich Conrad zahlreicher Comic-Serien angenommen und gilt als einer der erfahrensten Comic-Zeichner aus französischen Landen, der unter anderem für Disney und Dreamworks arbeitete. Unter Pseudonym zeichnete er die Abenteuer des jungen Lucky Luke („Lucky Kid“) und ab 2011 den „Marsupilami“-Ableger „Marsu Kids“. Conrad lebt in Austin, Texas.
