Biografie
Emma Donoghue wurde 1969 als jüngstes von acht Kindern in Dublin geboren. Sie studierte in Dublin und Cambridge. Nach einem Aufenthalt in London zog sie 1998 nach Ontario in Kanada, wo sie mit ihrer Lebensgefährtin und ihren beiden Kindern lebt. Emma Donoghue ist Autorin zahlreicher Romane und Erzählungen.
