Emily White: At the Beach, Kartoniert / Broschiert

Klappentext

A secluded stretch of sand, a sarong, a friend who knows exactly how to look: Emily White's manga-style illustrated erotic short stories treat the shoreline as both playground and secret. Sensual erotic manga and emotional sensual short stories gather here around Titta and her companion, who have made a private sport of glances, invitations, and the Mediterranean scrub just behind the towels. At the Beach begins with breakfast and a fan and ends, without hurry, in a hidden dune where three people discover they already speak the same language.

One cinematic beat: she removes her sunglasses, smiles, and the tall stranger from Puglia comes closer as if the heat itself has arranged it. These steamy illustrated tales and passionate manga romance pages by Emily White stay luminous rather than loud. Beautifully illustrated adult erotica, in this collection, is the art of remaining playful while the tide turns. When the second friend appears later, the day simply continues, as if the sea had expected them all along.
