For moms who love their kids, but sometimes lose their cool.

We all have frustrating days in parenting: our kids melt down in public, our toddler throws a tantrum while getting into their car seat, homework help turns into a mental marathon. When life starts life-ing, our anger can quickly get the best of us. In the midst of one of the hardest seasons of life, we yell, threaten, say things we don't mean--and before we know it, it is easy for anger and blow ups to become the norm.

So, what do you do when your anger is more than you can control, your rage threatens to destroy the people you care about the most, and living with the shame of it all makes you wonder who you have become?

Emily Assell, author of Wherever You Are , has been there. And she believes you don't have to stay stuck living with your anger or its consequences. In On Edge, she equips you with what you need as a Christian mom to disarm your rage in the moment, prevent it in the future, and reclaim peace and joy in your motherhood and your home. With relatable personal stories, research, and realistic practical application for managing anger, Emily comes alongside you in the messy moments of motherhood, helping you discover:

• a Biblical, step-by-step game plan with scripts and advice for overcoming mom rage
• helpful language to address and repair your anger journey with your child
