A young Squirmy Worm and his mom are used to living in a small area inside the dirt. One day, Squirmy Worm grows restless in his familiar home. He wonders about the world above, and ventures outside with high hopes and an optimistic spirit. The young worm is soon met with challenges from other animals in the open land, under the vast blue sky. Barely escaping alive, Squirmy Worm finds his way back home to his dirt hole. Full of new adventures and hard lessons, the young worm is welcomed back home by his loving mom.
