Klappentext

**My Neighbour Totoro meets Lightfall with shades of Greenwild,in this beautiful, epic, sweetly funny graphic novel from an extraordinary new talent.

Lou has always lived an idyllic life with their beloved grandmother, deep in the heart of an ancient forest. But when a terrible storm destroys Lou's home - and grandma disappears - Lou knows it will be up to them to head into the forest and find out what's happened. Lou's also delighted to find a friend to go on the journey with them: a small, fluffy, very eager-to-please little cloud, who seems to be looking for their home, too.

Together Lou and Cloud will travel together on a magical, wonderful - but also sometimes dangerous - journey. They will encounter forest guardians, chatty stones, a lost baby volcano - and enormous Fire Birds.

Lou and Cloud must put right what was destroyed by the dark storm. But can two unlikely friends really take on such a powerful force? And will Lou ever see Grandma - and their home - again?

An epic tale full of gorgeous, cosy detail, Lou & Cloud is the beginning of an astonishing new adventure series from debut talent Cheng Cheng.
