Charles Dickens: A Christmas Carol, Kartoniert / Broschiert

Klappentext

A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens tells the story of Ebenezer Scrooge, a cold-hearted and greedy old man who despises Christmas and generosity. On Christmas Eve, he is visited by the ghost of his former business partner, Jacob Marley, who warns him to change his ways. That night, Scrooge is visited by three spirits - the Ghost of Christmas Past, the Ghost of Christmas Present, and the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come - who show him scenes from his life: his lost happiness, the warmth of others, and the grim fate that awaits him if he remains selfish. Deeply moved and frightened, Scrooge wakes up on Christmas morning filled with joy and compassion. He becomes kind, generous, and caring, especially toward Tiny Tim and the Cratchit family, proving that it's never too late to change.
