I also want to say Im not a professional when it comes to mental health issues or solutions but those are the things God opened my eyes for and I wanted to share them with you. I truly believe if I got through everything with God, then you can too. I hope whatever you have to deal with, you realise you are not alone. We all deal with things we dont tell anyone, but in those situations its important to remember that God will always listen and help you out, no matter what.
