Rather than finger-pointing and shame, Rev. Jones provides encouragement and grace through God's Word and promises that we have the final victory in our Savior, Jesus Christ. Martin Luther speaks of oratio (prayer), meditatio (meditation), and tentatio (temptation) as the journey of the Christian's life of faith. The author's first book, Ten Questions to Ask Every Time You Read the Bible, focused on meditation on the Scriptures. This new book focuses on the temptation and assaults of the devil. If the book is successful, the author intends to follow up with a third proposal focusing on prayer.
