Biografie
William P. Young wuchs als Sohn eines Missionars bei einem Papua-Stamm in Neuguinea auf und kehrte mit sieben Jahren nach Canada zurück, wo er verschiedene Schulen besuchte und früh eine eigene Familie mit sechs Kindern gründete. Young führt in den USA eine intensive Internetdiskussion mit zahlreichen Foren und wird wegen seines bibelfernen Gottes von Fundamentalisten heftig angegriffen.
