Biografie
Sam Bourne ist das Pseudonym für Jonathan Freedland (Jahrgang 1967). Nach seinem Politik- und Ökonomiestudium in Oxford arbeitete Freedland als Reporter bei der »Washington Post« und für »Newsweek«. Er ist nun Redakteur und Kolumnist beim »Guardian« in London und leitet eine Sendung bei BBC Radio 4. Für seine journalistische Tätigkeit wurde er mehrfach ausgezeichnet. Er hat zwei Sachbücher publiziert, ein Memoir über die jüdische Identität seiner Familie.
