Biografie (Michael Ondaatje)
Michael Ondaatje wurde 1943 in Sri Lanka geboren, ist holländisch-tamilisch-singhalesischer Abstammung und lebt heute in Kanada. Seit 1971 unterrichtet er am Glendon College der York University (Toronto) Gegenwartsliteratur. Seine Bücher wurden mehrfach mit dem höchsten Kanadischen Literaturpreis ausgezeichnet, und für seinen Roman "Der englische Patient" erhielt er 1992 den Booker-Preis.Biografie (Johannes Steck)
Johannes Steck wurde 1966 in Würzburg geboren. Er ist gelernter Theatermaler und Absolvent der Schauspielschule von Professor Krauss in Wien, an der er von 1988 bis 1991 studierte. Neben seiner Bühnenarbeit in Wien, Chemnitz, Würzburg und Darmstadt ist er auch im Fernsehen zu sehen. Außerdem arbeitet Johannes Steck als Radio-, Fernseh- und Hörbuchsprecher.Disk 1 von 7 (CD)
